Matthew 6: 14-15:
"For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins."
Spiritual lesson 1:
If you want God's forgiveness you need to forgive others
Matthew 16: 32-34:
"Then the king called in the man he had forgiven and said, ‘You evil servant! I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. 33 Shouldn’t you have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you?’ 34 Then the angry king sent the man to prison to be tortured until he had paid his entire debt.
Spiritual lesson 2:
If you fail to forgive others, you will not be forgiven until you paid all your debt.
Spiritual Lesson 3
You will be "sent to prison to be tortured" - meaning you will be in a spiritual jail cell where you will be tortured by demans like: anger, bitterness, recentment, etc...
