Can you put your trust in your health, wealth, and status in life? What about a specific nation or leader? Looking around, you see dangers, lies, and uncertainty lurking everywhere.
But there is a Place of Safety and Stability. There is Truth and a Light you can find in these darkening days.
But more than a place, it is a person. But not just any person, no it is Jesus Christ our Messiah!
Isaiah 60:1-2
“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life.
Isaiah 33:6
He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure.
Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Prayer for today
Lord Jesus Christ, there is chaos and uncertainty all around in the world today. Darkness is over the people, and many are confused. But You are the Light and the Truth, I will put my trust in you. Bring stability and peace to my heart and life. Please make the way straight before me. Amen!
God I thank you for being with me in the valley and on the mountain tops. I acknowledge that you are my savior and without you I am nothing.
